Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Intern to support Airbuild’s internal operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in startup administration, HR, and accounting while contributing to a mission-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and organize company documents, records, and digital filing systems.

- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking and invoice organization.

- Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee files, and coordinating with team members.

- Help schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare internal reports.

- Provide general administrative support to leadership and project teams.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); QuickBooks or similar accounting tools is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Interest in startups, sustainability, or climate-tech preferred.
