Operations Supervisor Inspection

- Responsibilities:

- - Manage the inspection facility to ensure the highest quality production.

- - Collaborate directly with the customer to maintain clear communication regarding the delivery of completed pipe and resolve any customer complaints.

- - Approve and oversee all expenses, including invoices and timesheets, ensuring costs stay within established limits and labor costs remain within expected levels.

- - Assist in budget development, conduct cost analysis, and forecast monthly revenue.

- - Handle all personnel issues, including disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and administrative tasks related to onboarding new employees.

- - Identify, train, motivate, and supervise all facility personnel.

- - Maintain a high standard of quality and safety awareness.

- - Perform any additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

- Qualifications/Requirements:

- - High school diploma or equivalent required.

- - A four-year college degree is preferred.

- - Knowledge of NDT processes is preferred.

- - Excellent communication skills.

- - Required knowledge of safety regulations for employees.

- - Experience with DuPont STOP Safety Program is preferred.

- - Experience with hazardous waste storage is preferred.
