The Role:

This position is responsible for performing complex research and resolution on client accounts; including identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks, and communicating and escalating risks and issues. This position will be responsible for working with utility companies directly and client indirectly.

Role Responsibilities:

+ Unknown, inactive, & summary exceptions + Supplier/hauler changes + General ledger & financial coding updates + Manual GL allocations + Stale checks + Returned checks

Experience and Education:

+ Requires 2+ years of clerical and/or customer related work experience + Basic understanding of general ledger coding and account set up preferred + Other combinations of experience/education may be considered + May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements

Skills and Abilities:

+ Must have solid computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet and several customized ENGIE Impact systems (including but not limited to Avi, Workflow) + Must be able to organize, prioritize, and use time management tools + Ability to demonstrate basic mathematical aptitude + Must have basic problem-solving abilities + Must be a team player, dependable and have a sense of ownership + Must be able to adapt to change easily + Ability to be proactive in order to provide superior service to clients + Basic understanding of ENGIE Impact services and offerings + Basic understanding of client accrual files and reporting + Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. + Passion to drive Engie Impact’s mission and values

+ Adequate working surface (can fit two monitors, a keyboard, mouse, and docking station) + Adjustable ergonomic chair + Proper Lighting + Heating, air conditioning and ventilation to create a comfortable environment + Appropriate internet and bandwidth to conduct business

The target pay range for this role is $16.32-$27.59

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
