About the position:

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Fully onsite)

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication and integration of battery energy storage enclosures at a contract manufacturer's (CM) facility. This role is permanently located at the CM and is primarily focused on ensuring operational excellence, quality control, and efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, quality management, and experience working within the battery energy storage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

What an ideal candidate brings to Fluence:

+ Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the battery energy storage industry. + Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of process improvement. + Knowledge: Familiarity with quality control methodologies, lean manufacturing principles, and industry-specific regulations. + Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Preferred Qualifications: + Experience working with contract manufacturers. + Knowledge of battery energy storage systems and enclosure fabrication. + Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
