We have an immediate need for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor in our Schenectady, NY Plant. In this role, you would be directing the daily activities of the hourly workforce in the Stators Cell to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics. Develop, lead and execute the daily production plans. Coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition. Achieve the highest levels of internal and external customer service. Organize resources to achieve goals within a timely manner and cost-effective strategy.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $90,400 - $120,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.*
