. As the

, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of our Distribution crew. This team is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our assets in the field, including water mains, services, pipelines, hydrants, meters and other equipment. The Sr. Supervisor will be responsible for assigning work, scheduling, managing performance, and ensuring safety and compliance of our 2nd shift crews.

Position Details

Posted Range: $68,640/annually- $114,660/annually.

The base salary range represents a good faith salary range for this position. This position is eligible for annual incentive pay and has the opportunity for continued salary growth. If you are hired at American Water your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as market, geography, skills, education and/or experience.
