Rheaume Engineering Inc. (Rheaume) is seeking a full-time Operations Engineer to join our team for a secondment position supporting one of Rheaume’s long-term clients, based in our Grande Prairie. • Work with operations to identify plant issues and create MOC projects
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute multidiscipline detailed engineering
• Liaise with project managers, clients, vendors, discipline leads, and support staff
• Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and HAZOPs
• Identify and manage changes to project scope/cost/schedule
• Review line, valve, tie-in, car-seal, and specialty item lists; PVF and instrument BOMs
• Prepare/review work packages for field operations and fabrication/ construction services
• Provide input into operability, constructability, and operational plant trouble shooting
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the workplace
o Starts and completes assigned work without needing to be expedited
o Seeks guidance when stuck (while bringing suggested solutions)
o Takes responsibility for work and delivers on time and within budget
o Identifies and communicates opportunities for corporate/project improvement

• Must be currently residing in Alberta, Canada
• Must be registered as an E.I.T. or P.Eng. with APEGA
• Must have between one and ten years of Western Canada conventional oil & gas engineering experience
• Either employee or contractor status may be considered for this role
