Oil Delivery Dispatcher/Customer Service

Job Summary

In need of a top performing lead oil delivery dispatcher for busy oil company.

We are seeking a dedicated head delivery dispatcher to help oversee and coordinate our oil delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery processes, assisting in dispatching a team of drivers, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

- texting call before customers

- Routing and printing next day’s routes.

- Pulling back stops that can be held at end of day if a driver is running late & reassign for another day. Speak with drivers before they head in

- Provides customer service to both cod and full-service customers

- Assists drivers with various issues during the day.

- Handles driver incident reports

- Creating new cod accounts as needed.

- Process cod-fuel online fuel orders

- Assisting drivers with tablet issues

Office Hours: Mon- Fri 7-3:30 & alternating Saturdays 8-4:30 from 11/1-4/15

Education:

- Oil dispatch: 3 years (Required)
