We are a growing organization seeking a talented Production Team Lead to join our team as a pivotal member here at PBF Energy. This role is located at Chalmette Refinery in Chalmette, LA.
The Production Team Lead (PTL) is responsible for running the day-to-day operation of his/her units using established procedures and standards, ensuring that the units operate at their optimum level of efficiency and effectiveness. He/she must ensure that the unit remains within the design operating envelope at all times in a way that meets the Company’s health, safety, and environmental objectives (HSE).
