Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Offshore Fitter to join our team for offshore installation, maintenance, and repair activities. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical fitting experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and operational standards while working in offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, equipment, and structures on offshore facilities.

· Carry out fitting, alignment, and assembly of pipes, valves, pumps, rotating equipment, and structural components.

· Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and work packs.

· Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical faults.

· Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and offshore regulations.

· Collaborate with engineers, welders, riggers, and other offshore personnel to support ongoing operations.

· Prepare job reports, maintenance logs, and documentation as required.

· Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and ongoing training.

· Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

· Support emergency response activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter, Offshore Fitter, or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fitting techniques, and offshore maintenance procedures.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

· Valid offshore certifications, including:

· TWIC

· HUET (if separate)

· Ability to work in physically demanding offshore environments.

· Strong understanding of safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Willingness to work offshore on rotations.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged sitting or standing for long periods of time.

· Extensive use of a computer terminal

· Frequent walking

· Frequently will lift up to 20 pounds

· Close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

· Travel required

· Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and/or evenings as necessary (based on project demands)

· Conducts walk-throughs of construction sites.

· Normal office environment

· Heavy physical effort required including pulling and lifting or moving heavy weight material with frequent lifting and/or moving of materials or equipment (over 50 pounds).

· Requires the ability to continuously work around any or all of the following: noise, dust, heat, cold, solvents, fumes and heavy equipment

· Requires working in outdoor weather conditions

· Requires constant standing, sitting, bending, crouching, walking, pulling, pushing, reaching, kneeling

· Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and/or evenings as necessary (based on project demands)

· Requires frequently working in confined spaces.

· Requires working at all heights

· Requires climbing up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects
