Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to perform a variety of duties that involve working at height, often in difficult-to-reach areas while welding.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform welding tasks on offshore structures, platforms, and vessels.

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

· Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

· Maintain and inspect welding equipment.

· Collaborate with team members and report progress to supervisors.

· Follow strict offshore safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Perform welding tasks on offshore structures, platforms, and vessels.

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

· Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

· Maintain and inspect welding equipment.

· Follow strict offshore safety protocols.

MUST have construction experience

· Physical fitness and the ability to work at great heights.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Understanding of health and safety regulations.

· Ability to work in a team environment.

· Must be comfortable working in outdoor and potentially harsh weather conditions

· First aid certification is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged sitting or standing for long periods of time.

· Extensive use of a computer terminal

· Frequent walking

· Frequently will lift up to 20 pounds

· Close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

· Travel required

· Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and/or evenings as necessary (based on project demands)

· Conducts walk-throughs of construction sites.

· Normal office environment

· Heavy physical effort required including pulling and lifting or moving heavy weight material with frequent lifting and/or moving of materials or equipment (over 50 pounds).

· Requires the ability to continuously work around any or all of the following: noise, dust, heat, cold, solvents, fumes and heavy equipment

· Requires working in outdoor weather conditions
