Job Summary

Participate in the development, evaluation and implementation of meter reading system maintenance enhancements, and/or new projects including reports, documentation or workflow processes.

Essential Functions

- Participate in the development of meter reading system projects and enhancements that focus on creative solutions for customer and/or business needs.

- Participate in the development of training programs in order to thoroughly educate end users about changes and benefits of the project and enhancements being implemented.

- Analyze and monitor key stakeholders’ information that affects the accuracy of bills, data, and company revenues to develop reports in order to identify trends and make improvement recommendations.

- Analyze and research issues that arise periodically within company systems.

- Define the cause and effect of system issues to recommend and implement creative solutions that actively benefit key stakeholders.

Education

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent competencies.

Experience

Requires three to five years' experience in working with either billing or meter reading related systems in the utility industry.
