O&M Accounting, Analyst

Job Overview:

The Accounting Analyst of O&M Accounting will report to the Senior Manager, O&M Accounting and assist with the MN8 Solutions entity accounting close. They will work closely with FP&A, operations, shared services, project accounting, and the corporate accounting group to ensure an accurate and timely accounting close for MN8 Solutions.

As the Analyst, O&M Accounting you will:

· Support the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports

· Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies and issues promptly

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary approvals and documentation for payment processing

· Work closely with Procurement team in purchase order requisition and purchase order processes

· Support the payroll team to ensure timely and precise processing of payroll of salary and hourly employees

· Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing and posting related journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other special projects, as requested

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

· 3+ years of progressive accounting experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Detail-oriented and highly organized

· Adhere to deadlines in fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy

· Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as within a team environment

· Experience with OneStream, Yardi, and Salesforce a plus
