About the Site

The Blooming Grove Energy Center is a 250 MW wind power generation facility located in Chenoa, IL utilizing GE 2.5 and 2.8 MW turbine technology.

Position Overview

As an Operations & Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for managing the Blooming Grove Energy Center.

Responsibilities* Manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.

Required Skills* High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and/or Work Experience* Technical degree

This is a safety sensitive position. Individuals receiving conditional offers of employment will be subject to drug testing and must receive a negative result to begin working for the company.

Base Pay

$95,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD Annual

Bonus: 10% - 40%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
