O&M Manager - Wind Turbine Maintenance

About The Site

The O&M Manager will support a group of sites performing maintenance on GE Wind Turbines. The O&M Manager can work from any of the below site locations.* English Farms Energy Center is a 170.3 MW wind power generation facility located in Grinnell, IA utilizing GE 2.5-127 and GE 2.3-116 WTG turbine technology.

Position Overview

As an Operations & Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for managing the Maintenance activities at the six sites of the Alliant portfolio listed within. The successful candidate will be based out of one of the sites listed but will be expected to have a quarterly presence onsite at each location. Responsibilities* Manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.

Required Skills* High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education and/or Work Experience* Technical degree.

Base Pay Salary: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD Annual Bonus: 0% - 20%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
