Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager and Working Foreman to maintain and enhance the condition of our properties.

· Perform efficient and thorough unit turnovers to ensure apartments are move-in ready for new residents.

· Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, including general repairs and property improvements.

· Conduct routine property inspections to identify issues and recommend proactive solutions.

· Maintain accurate documentation for all service requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

· Handle a wide range of tasks including drywall, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, HVAC, cleaning, and appliance repair.

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance, with a proven record of unit turnovers and general repairs.

· Reside within 20 minutes of Coral Springs.

· Strong technical knowledge in areas such as:

o Drywall, carpentry, painting

o General plumbing and electrical repairs

o Appliance troubleshooting (refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, garbage disposals, etc.)

o Hot water heaters and HVAC systems

· Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a complete set of tools.

· Must have a cell phone capable of taking photos and communicating effectively with the team.

· Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.

· Willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts for after-hours emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications

· EPA Universal Certification or HVAC Certification is a plus.

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) is beneficial, but fluent English is required.

· Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, etc.).

Schedule

· Full-time: 40 hours/week

· Standard hours: Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)

· Rotating on-call duty for emergencies
