Overview
Nino Development is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a variety of technical skills, including electrical and mechanical knowledge. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.
Responsibilities
•Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
•Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
•Interpret schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot issues effectively.
•Conduct residential painting and general upkeep of facilities to maintain aesthetic appeal.
•Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants, providing excellent customer service.
•Assist in welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
•Collaborate with other team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
•Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
•Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
•Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documents.
•Basic electrical skills; familiarity with electrical systems is preferred.
•Experience in residential painting is a plus.
•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
