New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG), a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources company, is currently seeking a Fleet Technician I to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all company vehicles which includes but is not limited to cars, light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, CNG vehicles, trailers, compressors, Vermeer LM42, Kubota & Allmand backhoes, portable light towers, mud hogs, pneumatic tools and hydraulics under the direction of the Lead Fleet Technician. Must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot repairs.
Position requirements:
- High school diploma
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification A1 is required
- ASE Certifications A8, T2, F1 and T6 are preferred
- AC certification
- Degree or diploma from an accredited Fleet Technician program or school and/or 2 years of experience as a fleet technician preferred

Other Details:
Compensation: The base pay for this role is $43.75/hour.
This role will be eligible to participate in a union annual short term incentive program.
