Crew Technician

Crew Member – Operations Support

We are seeking a strong, dependable crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate speaks English fluently; bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.Responsibilities include:

- Obtaining and maintaining access credentials for industrial facilities requiring safety clearance

- Assisting with mowing and routine landscape maintenance

- Ordering and tracking parts for equipment repairs

- Installing seasonal pots and other enhancement work

- Supporting truck and equipment oversight, including transporting vehicles and equipment to the shop for service

- Providing general operational support to crews and managers as needed

Requirements:

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual preferred

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions

- Ability to meet onboarding requirements for industrial facilities (background check, drug/alcohol testing, safety training, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
