As a Fleet Maintenance Technician, your goal is to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Irving Oil’s fleet by performing high-quality preventative maintenance and repairs, minimizing vehicle downtime, and supporting overall garage operations. Your success will be defined by a combination of technical excellence, reliability, and teamwork.

- Perform complex preventative and general maintenance
- Perform mechanical and body work repairs
- Conduct tractor and trailer inspections
- Assist management in devising and implementing cost reduction initiatives
- Perform other duties as required
- Safety conscious; follow procedures accurately
- Able to perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Effective collaborator and a team player- 2+ years of experience in general maintenance/mechanic
- High School degree required
