- This position will plan, install, maintain, and secure the organization's computer network infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient operation. Key responsibilities include overseeing network design, managing hardware and software, providing technical support to users, implementing security protocols, monitoring performance, and planning upgrades. They will ensure seamless connectivity, protect data, and support business operations through stable and secure network systems.
- Design and Implementation:
Build and maintain LANs, WANs, intranets, extranets, Fortigate VPN and other data communication systems.
- Performance Monitoring:
Track network performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Security Management:
Enforce policies, manage firewalls, and implement access controls.
- Upgrades and Maintenance:
Oversee heardware/software upgrades and ensure system reliability.
- Disaster Recovery:
Develop and maintain recovery plans for network failures.
- Team Leadership:
Train and manage network staff; coordinate with other IT teams.
- Vendor Relations:
Negotiate contracts and manage service agreements.
- Documentation:
Maintain network maps, configurations, and service records.
- Compliance:
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications:
Preferred certifications include: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP); CompTIA Network+- Experience:
Mid-level: 5-10 years with leadership or project experience.
- Deep knowledge of
network protocols
(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Fortigate Firewalls
- Experience with Network automation and scripting.
- Proficiency in
network management tools.
- Strong
problem solving

abilities.
- Excellent
communication

- Familiarity with cloud based networking solutions and
