Reporting to the Plant Controller with direction from the Manager, Information Technology, the incumbent is primarily responsible for providing customer service and support to end-users at Meridian’s Eaton Rapids facilities. The incumbent will also perform administrative and technical tasks for Corporate IT. The Network Analyst has additional responsibilities as the site contact for external suppliers and service providers, and as the liaison between the Plant and IT.
- IT Support: Provide tier 1 & 2 end user hardware and software support. Plan and provide for daily on call support. Respond to help desk calls and problems. Proactively monitor and respond to abnormal network and system conditions.
- Equipment: Plan and install PC software and equipment upgrades consistent with policy and direction. Maintain computer and software license records, asset lists, etc. Relocate PCs and IT equipment as required. Maintain computer room and equipment racks to corporate standards.
- Plant: Act as the liaison between the Plant and IT. Manage plant network infrastructure, under the supervision of Corporate IT
- Key Contact: Act as site contact for external suppliers and service providers
- Must be willing and able to obtain required legal documentation to travel outside the United States
- Other duties as required, including special projects as they arise.

- Automotive manufacturing environment; salary office supporting role with standard hours of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Position is overtime exempt; however, overtime to ensure task accomplishment is expected.
- Production Environment: 50% of the time, includes exposure to industrial safety hazards, loud and sudden noises, hot/humid conditions. Extreme temperatures during the summer and winter months can be expected
