Kindle Energy LLC (“Kindle”), based in Princeton, NJ, specializes in the management, optimization, and development of power generation in the United States and Canada and is a portfolio company of Blackstone Inc. (“Blackstone”). Blackstone is a leading global alternative asset manager with $1 trillion of total assets under management. Currently, Kindle manages 8.7+ GWs of generation in Ohio, Indiana, and Louisiana, with a 700 MW CCGT project under construction in Louisiana and a 160 MW natural gas fired facility under construction in Colorado.
Kindle is recruiting for the role of Netsuite Systems Administrator. The systems administrator will predominantly be focused on Netsuite administration but will include administrator responsibilities for Expensify and Stampli software. This newly created position is based in our Princeton, NJ office and will report directly to the Vice President Accounting/Controller. This position requires minimal travel within the domestic US.
The systems administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and customizing the NetSuite platform, ensuring its optimal functionality by implementing and maintaining Kindle’s NetSuite instance, including user access control, data integrity, system optimization, and providing training to end-users to effectively utilize the software across different business functions; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite related operations within the company.
Customizing NetSuite features, fields, forms, workflows, and dashboards to align with specific business processes and user needs.
Creating and managing user roles and access levels to ensure data security and appropriate permissions.
Monitoring data quality, identifying and resolving data integrity issues, and performing data cleansing activities.
Developing custom reports and dashboards to provide key business insights and track performance metrics.
Implementing NetSuite updates and patches while managing potential compatibility issues.
Coordinating integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, such as Stampli, Expensify and Paycor.
Providing end-user training on NetSuite functionalities and troubleshooting user queries. Creating and managing a ticketing system for Netsuite user problems.
Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing system performance to enhance efficiency.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into NetSuite configurations.
