National Account Manager – Outdoor Cooking Products

- Manage and grow key retail and distribution accounts (big-box retailers, regional chains, and specialty distributors).
- Prospect and open new accounts to expand our footprint nationwide.
- Negotiate programs, pricing, and promotions to maximize mutual profitability.
- Partner with our team on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
- Represent Old Country BBQ Pits at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.- 5+ years of national account management, retail sales, or distributor sales experience (outdoor products, consumer goods, or similar preferred).
- Existing relationships with major retailers or distributors a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hunter mentality.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
- Sell a respected, established brand in the BBQ and outdoor cooking industry.
