We are seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep our fleet running efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do

•

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of heavy mobile equipment, including haul trucks, loaders, and other machinery.

•

Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to reduce equipment downtime and extend lifespan.

•

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, ensuring repairs meet company and safety standards.

•

Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and meet operational goals.

•

Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to log work orders, track maintenance tasks, and document completed repairs.

•

Inspect equipment regularly and recommend proactive repair or replacement of components.

•

Operate tools, equipment, and shop machinery safely and efficiently.

•

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

•

High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred.

•

3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy mobile equipment.

•

Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

•

Experience using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and welding/fabrication equipment is a plus.

•

Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, eMaint, MP2) preferred.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•

Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Day in the Life

•

Begin your shift with equipment inspections and diagnostics.

•

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as outlined in the schedule.

•

Communicate with supervisors and operators to ensure equipment readiness.

Schedule & Work Environment

•

Full-time, 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime and weekend needs.

•

Work performed in both shop and field environments, with exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
