We are committed to maintaining a world-class fleet of heavy mobile equipment, ensuring our operations run efficiently and safely. We are currently seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate 2nd shift maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance of our equipment and mentoring the maintenance team.

What You'll Do

•

Supervise and coordinate 2nd shift mobile maintenance activities for trucks, loaders, and heavy equipment.

•

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and leadership to the maintenance crew.

•

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

•

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to support timely repairs and reduce downtime.

•

Collaborate with other supervisors, operators, and management to align priorities and maintenance goals.

•

Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, maintenance logs, and part usage in the CMMS system.

•

Lead safety meetings, enforce workplace policies, and cultivate a culture of accountability and teamwork.

•

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency of the fleet.

What We're Looking For

•

High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or trade school training preferred.

•

5+ years of mobile equipment maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

•

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

•

Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, eMaint, MP2).

•

Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

•

Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a high-pressure environment.

Day in the Life

•

Oversee daily maintenance operations on 2nd shift, ensuring all tasks are on schedule and up to quality standards.

•

Troubleshoot urgent equipment issues and coordinate quick, safe solutions with the team.

•

Prepare updates for the day shift on work completed, outstanding issues, and parts needed.

Schedule & Work Environment

•

Work in both field and shop settings, with exposure to dust, weather, and industrial noise.
