New Afton Mine

Situated 10 kilometers west of picturesque Kamloops, British Columbia, the New Afton Mine is an underground gold and copper producing site. Kamloops is a city of 90,000 people, located 350 kilometers east of Vancouver. About the Role

Schedule: 4x3, Monday-Thursday, 10 hours per day

Position Reports To: Mobile Maintenance Superintendent

Position Overview: Working with Planners to execute the Maintenance Process Flow for planning and scheduling mobile maintenance work. The Planner is responsible for producing detailed work plans, aiding creation of the mobile maintenance work schedule, administrating work documentation, coordinating resources, updating maintenance strategies and strategy documents, and otherwise supporting the mobile maintenance work group.

Compensation

The anticipated salary for this position will be between $80,000 to $120,000. A comprehensive performance bonus plan and benefits will be provided. This is not a camp operation and therefore the successful candidate will be required to reside in the Kamloops area or travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of the successful applicant.
