Duties

•

Perform carpet cleaning and restoration services to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.

•

Utilize hand tools effectively to restore, build, and clean various surfaces as needed.

•

Assess damage from water, fire, mold, or asbestos and implement appropriate remediation strategies.

•

Collaborate with team members to execute restoration projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

•

Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring all safety measures are followed.

•

Document work performed and communicate progress with clients and management.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

•

Proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques and familiarity with hand tools is highly desirable.

•

Knowledge of water damage restoration processes, mold remediation methods, fire restoration practices, and asbestos abatement regulations is a plus.

•

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

•

Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
