What you will be doing:

Work directly with the management team on processes and procedures to help your team work more efficiently and cohesively.

Act as a source of information for the customer and your team members.

Verify scope of work is comprehensive, performed properly and all documentation is correct and complete.

Take ownership of your success and the success of your team.

Respond to after hours phone calls and assist in dispatch (on rotation)

Respond onsite to after hours call with technicians

Must have full knowledge of mitigation WTR/FIRE/MOLD standard and processes

Understand Remediation process

Recognize Microbial Growth and be capable of providing scope/plan

Effectively Monitor and Direct crews and individuals

Understand drying process and recognize hazards

Lead mitigation jobs including but not limited to: residential and small commercial water loss, residential fire loss and microbial growth and other hazard related remediation

Job Requirements are:

Valid drivers License

Minimum 2 years industry field experience

Minimum 1 years experience in MOLD remediation

IICRC certification (WRT) required certification

IICRC certification (FSRT) preferred but not required

IICRC certification (AMRT) preferred but not required

NEESHAP certification (ACM) preferred but not required

Must have or aquire AMRT or ACM certification within 6 months of hire date.

OSHA certification (blood borne pathogens) can obtain during onboarding

OSHA certification (Forklift Safety) can be obtained during onboarding

OSHA certification (Scissor Lift Safety) can be obtained during onboarding

OSHA certification (confined space) can be obtained during onboarding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
