Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the successful candidates’ primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
All other duties related to mill operation and as assigned by the supervisor
As outlined in the Collective Agreement, the successful candidate must:
Have the ability to work rotational shifts as required to meet the business needs
Be physically fit, with the potential need to complete a Physical Demands Analysis
Be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and preforming physically demanding tasks such as handling heavy material and climbing ladders/stairs
Have successfully completed, or recently passed CAAT/DAT testing
Posses a valid G driver’s licence or equivalent
Schedule: 2/3/3/2 rotating between days and nights (Kidd Operations reserves the right to modify working schedules as necessary, in accordance with applicable notice requirements and labor regulations.)
