ROCK STAR Production MIG Welder

Craftmasters is a Metal Fabrication job shop seeking a full-time, high-performing production MIG Welder with AT LEAST 3 years of experience on the job. The main responsibility will be to weld steel assemblies including enclosures, frames, and other weldments. The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Can efficiently and accurately produce welded goods according to the production schedule.

- Can read engineering blueprints and understand weld symbols on prints.

- Can use a variety of measuring tools and methods.

- Is able fit up large, sometimes complex weldments with accuracy.

- Can manage welding projects with some potential oversight of other welders.

- Is interesting in leading weld innovation for our shop, from improving our welding process to learning and running a robotic welding center.

- Extra pay available for anyone with TIG welding experience or capabilities.

- In general someone who is able to follow directions, open to learning new things, has a positive attitude, and works well with others.

Hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Fridays when needed. Pay rate is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour starting based on experience and ability. Additional pay available for high level skills. Guaranteed 40 hours with occasional overtime for high-performing employees. Benefits include health insurance and PTO plans.
