Reporting to the Technical Group Lead for CPS Energy’s ERP Transformation Program, the Mgr System Integration and Interface plays a vital role in ensuring seamless integration of various systems and interfaces. This leadership role is responsible for working with the Enterprise Architect to design, develop and implement integration strategies to align with organizational goals, ensuring that all systems work cohesively to support business operations. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, the Lead ensures that integration solutions meet business needs and overseeing implementation lifecycle.
As a senior leader, you will design, develop, and oversee integration solutions to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision making. Additionally, you will plan and manage legacy system transitions, maintaining smooth operations throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. You will guide and mentor a team of integration professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your contributions will directly influence the program’s success and support long-term organizational growth and operational excellence.
Proficiency in Integration Architect or ERP (Oracle or SAP)- integration platform, or ERP (Oracle or SAP) Integration Cloud Certified Professional or ERP (Oracle or SAP) Integration Suite Certification would be an added advantage.
Demonstrated proficiency in integration management, with expertise in integration methodologies, data mapping, and interface development.
Proven track record managing large-scale projects involving cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent substantial experience.
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
