+ Define and analyze the information needed for business decisions (including benchmarking) + Perform fit / gap analysis of decision data + Evaluate quality of data, level of accuracy needed and metrics to measure ongoing quality + With support from change management, manage data analytics training to business to increase understating of data techniques and processes and to ensure adoption of the analytics apps.
