Metalwork Production Operator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sheet Metal Technician to join our team. As a Sheet Metal Technician, you will be working on the production of metal roofing products., and operating machinery. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques. The candidate will also be responsible for delivery of metal roofing at times and will need to have a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Duties:

- Use machine to bend metal trim

- Operate a variety of metal fabrication equipment, including panel machine.

- Receive shipments and stock shelves

- Keep shop clean and organized

- Crate and load deliveries and sometimes make deliveries

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor or project manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
