Job Overview

We are hiring a full-time Metal Roofing Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience (5+ years preferred) installing metal roofing systems. You’ll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the Phoenix metro area, helping deliver high-quality results with a focus on safety, professionalism, and workmanship.

Responsibilities:

•

Install, repair, and replace metal roofing systems including standing seam and corrugated metal panels.

•

Interpret work orders, blueprints, and project plans to perform installations accurately and efficiently.

•

Use a range of hand and power tools required for cutting, bending, and fastening metal components.

•

Follow OSHA safety standards and SUNVEK’s internal protocols to maintain a safe job site.

•

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.

•

Maintain clean and organized workspaces at job sites across the Phoenix area.

Requirements:

•

2+ years of hands-on experience in metal roofing (5+ years preferred).

•

Experience with both residential and commercial roofing projects.

•

Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications.

•

Skilled in using roofing tools and working at heights.

•

OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

•

Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.

•

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

•

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Arizona’s climatee.
