Metal Fabricator

The Stresco Group is seeking a metal fabricator at our shop in Nappanee, Indiana. Candidate must be a self-starter who can prioritize and finish daily/weekly jobs. The ideal candidate has excellent time management and eagerness to pitch in when needed around the shop. Daily tasks include but not limited to:

· Run daily production using various fabrication equipment such as press brake, punch, grinder, shear, band saw, and roller as needed to maintain inventory levels

· Read blueprints and regularly check parts for accuracy

· Assist other operators with offloading, deburring and grinding parts as needed

· Occasional assembly, painting and maintenance duties as needed

Job requirements:

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs. at a time

· Forklift driving experience a plus

· Must be able to bend, lift and stand most of the day

· Maintain a safe and clean work area
