Role Description
This is a contract role for an MEP Project Manager, located on-site in Lexington, KY. The MEP Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and execution of MEP systems for various projects. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing MEP-related activities, managing budgets, preparing submittals, and ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. The role requires extensive collaboration with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Plumbing
- Strong Project Management skills including planning, execution, and oversight
- Experience with Budgeting and managing project finances
- Ability to prepare, review, and manage Submittals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site in Chicago, IL
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in the Mining, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors is a plus
