Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality tests on in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
- Data collection and analysis by recording and analyzing test results, maintaining accurate and detailed records, and reporting any deviations or non-conformities promptly.
- Accurately enter data from lab reports, sample reports, and other documents into electronic databases or designated software.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of lab activities.
- Assist in the proper storage, retrieval, and disposal of samples as required.
- Maintaining calibration to ensure all instruments are in good working order by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Compliance and documentation to ensure that all laboratory activities are conducted in compliance with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation work instructions and test reports.
- Ensure sample management by proper labeling, handling, and disposal according to established protocols.
- Quality control management by inspections of production processes and products to identify and address any quality issues by collaborating with production team to implement corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and support continuous initiatives.
- Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventative actions as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory environment to promote a culture of safety and report any unsafe conditions or incidents.

- Must be able to frequently move, lift, carry, push and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, crawl, squat, sit, balance, twist at the waist & neck, and/or crouch to perform work over the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to function in a loud, dusty, hot, cold, or humid environment for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to climb stairs and work on platforms at various heights.
- Must be able to periodically work in a confined space.
