Employee Referral Bonus

Effective August 9, 2021, any employee who refers a person for employment at any of the Huron Casting family of companies will be paid $1000 for each referral who is hired full-time to work at one of our companies. To be eligible, the new full-time employee must work 90 working days.

Employees who refer new part-time employees will be paid $500 after the part-time employee works 45 working days.

Mechanical Engineer

A Mechanical Engineer in a foundry applies engineering principles to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, and systems specific to metal casting operations. This role focuses on optimizing efficiency, ensuring safety, improving quality, and reducing costs within the foundry environment. The Mechanical Engineer works closely with other departments, including production, quality control, and skilled trades, to achieve operational excellence.
