Materials Clerk

Completing and submitting accurate daily reports, time sheets, weekly reports, and other documentation

Create and maintain various spreadsheets and other documentation

Keeping a detailed and organized calendar

Maintaining an up-to-date and organized filing system

Additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisor

Prior construction experience preferred

Requirements

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, including experience with Excel

Accuracy in spelling, grammar, and content of communication is required for all documentation

Must be organized and detail oriented
