Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate forklifts, handle materials efficiently, and assist with various operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a counterbalance forklift to safely load and unload trucks.

- Weigh totes and cubes and accurately record data.

- Use rotator equipment to tip organics cubes and totes.

- Wash and maintain various bins.

- Conduct daily inspections of the forklift and report any issues.

- Work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety procedures.

- Complete tasks both inside and outside as required

- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Preferably with 1-3 years of experience operating forklifts and handling materials.

- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.

- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
