Material Handler

Material Handler – 1st Shift

JIT Manufacturing is currently hiring a Material Handler for our 1st shift team. This role is responsible for keeping materials and parts moving efficiently between machines and departments with the goal of ensuring our operators always have what they need.

Responsibilities:

- Move materials and finished parts between machines, work cells, and departments

- Organize and stage materials for upcoming jobs to reduce downtime

- Keep production areas stocked and support operators with material needs

- Assist with the construction of shipping boxes and crates using plywood and hand tools

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

- Forklift operating experience

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred

- Basic experience with hand tools and measuring equipment

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently

- Willingness to learn and support various production tasks

We depend on each team member to keep things moving. If regular attendance or a positive attitude is a challenge, this may not be the right fit.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $17-$18/ hr DOE
