Material Coordinator I (Onsite: Odessa, TX)

The Material Coordinator under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.

- Pay Rate: Up to $20.50/hour, depending on experience

- Assignment Length: 3-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.

- Shift Details: Day Shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm|Night Shift: 4:00 pm - 3:00 am

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities.

- Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification.

- Proven experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse or similar setting.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report any issues or discrepancies.

- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.

- Basic computer proficiency to manage inventory systems and track shipments.

- Experience in managing inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.

- A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

- Ability to work collaboratively with others, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
