Master Plumber

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This role requires expertise in various plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. The successful candidate will ensure that all plumbing work is performed efficiently and in compliance with local building codes.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in mainly residential and some commercial buildings.

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.

- Conduct construction estimating to assess project requirements and costs.

- Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure proper integration of plumbing systems with heating and cooling systems.

- Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all plumbing activities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.

- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing layouts.

- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques is a plus.

- Strong skills in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

- Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous but not required.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Must be working towards your plumbing license or have a journeyman or master.

- Must have valid Driver's License.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
