Plumbing QualificationsSkills:

- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage

- Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Experience working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Maine State Master Plumbing License required

Heating QualificationsSkills:

- 5+ years of experience in heating system maintenance and repair

- Propane/Natural Gas Basic License for Maine is required

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

- Outstanding time management and efficiency

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
