Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and licensed

Master Journeyman Electrician – Superintendent to oversee EV Charging installation projects. This role will focus on site assessments, system planning, crew management, permitting support, and delivering high-quality construction-ready documents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in electrical systems, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Conduct property site walks to assess requirements for installing EV charging systems.

•

Analyze existing electrical infrastructure to determine capacity and integration points for EV equipment.

•

Thoroughly document project scope using detailed photos and site notes.

•

Support bid creation by developing material and labor estimates for service interconnections and distribution runs to parking stalls.

•

Manage and supervise electrical crews and subcontractors to ensure high-quality installations.

•

Prepare and submit all required electrical documentation to support permitting processes.

•

Create construction-ready scope documents using Bluebeam to guide field installations.

•

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism throughout all phases of the project.

•

Develop and promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

•

Active Master Electrician license (state-specific as required).

•

5+ years of experience leading commercial electrical projects; EV Charging experience preferred.

•

Proficiency in interpreting and generating electrical schematics, blueprints, and site plans.

•

Strong working knowledge of NEC codes and permitting processes.

•

Experience using Bluebeam or similar software for scope development.

•

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

•

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

•

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Experience:

•

Previous experience with EV Charging infrastructure (Level 2 and Level 3 systems).

•

Familiarity with public and utility incentive programs for electrification projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per hour
