What You Can Expect Working in the Marketing Operations Manager Position
LANGE is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to centralize, streamline, and elevate our marketing team’s workflow. You will be the engine that keeps our multi-brand marketing organization running at full speed—overseeing project intake, scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization for all campaigns and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who loves building systems, solving problems, and empowering creative teams to do their best work. You’ll play a key role in helping us leverage AI and automation so our team can operate at the scale of a much larger organization.
Responsibilities
- Manages intake and prioritization of all marketing project requests across LANGE brands.
- Builds and maintains project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans using Monday.com.
- Collaborates with creative, digital, and brand teams to scope projects, develop estimates, and create project budgets.
- Monitors progress on all campaigns and deliverables, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Maintains and optimize the marketing calendar in Monday.com, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
- Oversees relationships with freelancers, agencies, and external vendors for project support.
- Implements and continually improve processes to maximize team efficiency and output.
- Tracks, analyzes, and reports on project status, workflow metrics, resource utilization, and budget adherence.
- Champions the adoption and integration of AI-powered project management, workflow, and collaboration tools.
- Facilitates regular team meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role and a bachelors in Marketing or Business Administration; or the combination of experience and education.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools for scheduling and workflow management.
- Strong organizational and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and implement new AI and digital tools.
- Experience supporting multiple brands or a complex organizational structure.
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
- Prior experience working with creative, digital, and content teams.
- Experience with AI-powered project management, workflow automation, or analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, project management, or a related field.
- Experience managing external partners, agencies, or freelancers.

Supervisor Responsibilities
This position will have supervisory responsibilities, including direct oversight of team members within the marketing operations function as determined by organizational needs. The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for providing guidance, setting priorities, supporting professional development, and fostering high performance and collaboration among those they supervise. This role will also oversee relationships with external partners, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
