We are seeking a professional to support our marketing activities and events across North America with a primary focus on the US. As part of a highly engaged team, you will partner with our other marketing staff, business services (HR, IT, and Accounting) and technical consulting teams to
- Support tradeshow and conference exhibits and sponsorships
- Assist with campaign development and execution
- Coordinate and adhere to publication schedules and deadlines
- Produce and/or edit text, graphics, video, and audio for collateral material, website, and internal communications
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, graphics designers, and editors
- Assist with the review and editing of content to ensure quality and consistency
- Comply with established strategy, standards, and procedures
- Keep marketing assets organized
- Other related work as assigned
- Conference and tradeshow exhibit coordination and planning
- Strong communication skills – effective writing and marketing communication skills (portfolio samples to be reviewed)
- Strong project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to assess technical subject matter to summarize for promotion across various marketing channels
- Proficiency in various marketing tools with an ability to learn new technologies quickly – Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, analytics software, and a working knowledge of various AI tools
- Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
