As Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for:

- Focusing on productivity, safety, quality and cost improvements.

- Set up, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing and test equipment

- Executing functional tests and troubleshooting to component level.

- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and quality teams to resolve production issues.

- Acting independently on projects and special test department tasks using technical abilities.

- Identify and report defects, ensuring compliance with IPC standards

- Developing skills to become a technology resource for the test unit and other production areas, as directed.

- Working individually and on teams to improve various areas of the department.

- Learning and use Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of production and test.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have an electrical technical degree or similar from an accredited college or university.

- Demonstrate experience with electronics.

- Be familiar with concepts that include inductance, capacitance, resistance, voltage and electrical currents.

- Have a minimum of 1+ years of manufacturing experience

- Have ability to read and interpret routine instructions

- Have ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

- Have a good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.

- Work with approved chemicals.

- Work overtime, as required.

- Be able to work swing shift hours between 2:30 - 11 pm Monday-Friday
