- Operate and monitor advanced production machinery
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and excellence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Troubleshoot and report equipment issues
- Collaborate with a supportive team to meet production goals
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (but we’ll train motivated candidates!)
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Dependability and a team-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade school grads or candidates with 1+ year of machine experience encouraged to apply- Must pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical
